Watoto wa mitaani wapo wengi na wapo wana vitengo vya kuweza kusaidia watoto wa mitaani. Lakini sielewi serikali inafikiria nini. Na ipo misaada ambao inakuja kwa ajili ya wasanii kuwasaidia watoto. Tunao uwezo wa kuwaweka chuoni na kuwasaidia kuchora, kuchonga, kufinyanga. Lakini msaada hauwafikii walengwa.
There are many street children and there are institutions to help them. But i don't know how the government is thinking about this issue. There are projects supporting artists to help the children. We could organise for them to go to schools, where they can learn how to draw, carve, do pottery. But the funds don't reach the target group.

I really like children. I want my children to get a good education, so that they can get a good life, and won't have to live like me, their mother from one day to the next. And I will be so happy if they will be respectful and respected by other poeple, so that they get an even better life.

Ajira kwa watoto walio chini ya umri, imekithiri sana humu nchini. Wengi wao huishia kudhulumiwa, wananyanyaswa na hata kufukuzwa. Kinachotokea hapa ni kujiingiza katika madawa ya kulevya, udokozi na ukahaba. Na matokeo ya ukahaba ni kupata mimba za utotoni. Child labour has become too common in this country. Many of them are denied their rights, they get harrassad and are chased away. Then what happens is that they start with drugs, theft and prostitution. And the outcome of prostitution is child pregnancy. Therefore, we ask the ten cell leaders to take responsibility for keeping an eye on each household that employs a housegirl.
